I am talking about oregano as an essential oil and as a supplement. This little baby has saved me from germ overload in our house. The viruses have been brutal this year. What is your armor? Any sign of an oncoming germ fest I surround myself with this stuff! As much as I believe clinical medicine has a place in healthcare I do try to treat as much as I can holistically. My great great grandma was a natural healer so I may just get it "naturally" :). Back to Oregano. I use it mainly in the capsule form. Make sure you look at what kind of oregano you are purchasing. Remember it is not the leafy seasoning! Oregano has both anti-fungal & anti-viral properties. Basically magic! You can use it topically as an oil with a bit of coconut oil . The bottom of your feet is a good place for it. Be sure to do your research on what brand you are using and as always READ THE LABEL!
